BINGHAMTON, N.Y. β The president of a Binghamton nonprofit was arrested for allegedly stealing more than $50,000 from the charitable organization, according to the New York State Police at the Binghamton Bureau of Criminal Investigation. Stacie M. Congdon, 48, of Windsor was charged with second-degree grand larceny, a felony. According to the State Police, an investigation revealed that while working at Punch Out Parkinson's Inc. as treasurer and president, she stole more than $50,000 from the nonprofit's checking and savings accounts.
