Please read carefully and all: Intro: First of all, I usually don't give bad ratings, but this time I have to. I bought a car at this place and I love it a lot. I can't say that I regret to buy it. I also think that Izzy (owner) is a nice guy. He helped me a lot in a kind and professional way. He even helped me with a self made problem for free. That's why I give him two and not one star. So far so good, but yet I'm highly disappointed. Repot (what happened): During the first week, I figured out, that the horn wasn't working (I didn't tested it during the test drive) and let him know. He promised, that he'll repair it for free (because I bought it recently), but it'll take a while because he have to order a new horn. I have this as a text message from him. He promised that he'll call me as soon as the horn arrives. He didn't. I texted him, no response. I tried to call him directly - immediately voicemail (which was additionally full) and no call back. Called the shop - no response. I drove by his shop multiple times - closed, no sign of personal there. No car, no nothing. It looks like he left forever. From what I know, he has two people working for him. Still nobody's there during their officially opening hours. I checked his Facebook to see if he is on vacation - no information available. Tried to write him on Facebook - no response. I tried for over 3 weeks to reach out for him - no luck. I'm not mad at him or the shop for just the horn, but for being unreachable. Overview (if the shop even exist right now): + really good car selection + cars are in a really good state and work perfectly fine + staff was nice the time I met them - literally no costumer support - even though it is just something small, I feel like I got scammed Conclusion: If you need a good car for a low price, he is the man you should go to, but test everything (really everything). Additional Information: If he is really on vacation or sick, I am sorry for the bad rate and review and I am willing to change it afterwards, but for now - stay away from this shop!
